Annual Stmt
We just have discussion withe the vendor affected. About 80K of notices were printed by vendor using the wrong heading of 2006 instead of 2007. The following are the actions that will be taken :
1) Reprint & despatch the affected annual statement with amended heading & statement indicating the new statement is the correct statement by 18 February 2008.
2) Continue print & despatch the remaining statement which will be completed by 22 February 2008.
The error is only confined to 80K statement printed by our vendor. Should there is a request from customers,
1) Inform the customers that a new ammended copy is being printed and will be despatch to them by 18 February 2008.
2) Alternately, pls print the statement from Penta System using ETIQA Takaful letterhead, should the customer do not want to wait for the new statement.
