Attention all Etiqa Takaful Leaders


Dear All,


Kindly be informed, on 8 March 2008 ( Saturday ) Payment & Collection will sent out the 'Notis Sumbangan" to the ETB's client. The agent will be notified by email start from 11 March 2008.

Kindly be informed that Payment & Collection will initiate the generation and delivery of 'Notis Sumbangan' to ETB's (Takaful Nasional) policyholders on 10th Mar 2008. Subsequent monthly basis "Notis Sumbangan' will be generated & sent to policyholders before 15th of every months. The criteria of policyholders who will be receiving the notices are as follows:

• Pay Method: Direct Payment Mode : Quaterly / Half-yearly / Yearly
• Policy Status : Active
• Expected Premium Due : The following month i.e the notices sent in Mar 08 is for the policy premium due in April 08.

A copy of the notices (in listing format) will also be extended to affected agents via email. The sample of the 'Notis Sumbangan' is attached below.
